📦 Exchange Policy Only

We believe in customer satisfaction and offer only exchanges under certain conditions. Please read the policy carefully:

  • No Refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • No Returns will be accepted once the product is delivered.
  • Exchange is only applicable in case of size issues or damaged product on arrival.
  • For any damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must be continuous from package opening to showing the damage clearly.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for any exchange requests.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with the tag intact.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges for the exchange.
  • Exchange will be processed only once per order.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized products or special bridal sets.
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or intentional damage.
  • Items without unboxing video in case of damage.
